陶板技术—抗冻害

建筑材料的冻害,有因材料所引起的,也有因形状而引起的。由材料所引起的冻害是指进入微小气孔内的水分经过反复冻结膨胀而导致的破坏。另一方面,由形状所引起的冻害是指积存在陶板空心板孔以及凹部的水分因冻结膨胀所导致。陶板有数毫米长的空心孔,进入空心板孔内的水分,由于表面张力而存积在孔内,从而可能会引起冻害现象的发生。为了正确的评价这一现象,已经将该试验方法反映在国家标准中。为了实现即使雨水进入也不会积存这一目的,LIXIL骊住对空心陶板孔的形状进行了相关的研究,从而掌握确立了避免陶板发生冻害的技术。

Building materials are prone to frozen damages.Sometimes the frozen damages are caused by shape,because water permeating to the minute pores may be frozen and expanded repeatedly to cause damages.Besides, holes and concave surfaces with water may be frozen and expanded repeatedly to cause damages, and it is also resulted from shape.There are holes of millimeters inside the terra-cotta panel;when rain water penetrates to the holes, due to the surface tension,the accumulated water may also cause freezing damage.In order to make correct determinations, relevant tests are conducted according to the regulations of GB. LIXIL proves that even when rain water penetrates to the holes,the terra-cotta panel will not be damaged due to freezing.

为了实现即使雨水进入孔内也不会积水这一目的,LIXIL骊住对空心陶板孔的形状进行了反复的模拟实验研究,且通过了冻害试验和室外暴晒试验的验证,最终开发掌握避免陶板发生冻害的技术。


LIXIL proves that even when rain water penetrates to the holes,the water won't be accumulated.Simulation test is also conducted on computer to verify the freezing damage test and outdoor insolation test;thus the technology of anti freezing damage to ceramic boards is established.
